Office Staff

Codi Flint, CPC, NT | Office Manager

Working with the dedicated health care practitioners at Jade River is a wonderful experience and I am grateful to be the Office Manager here. Providing our patients and clients with the best possible experience from the moment they arrive is very important to me. Our mission of providing the best customer service and the best care in a relaxing, peaceful environment is one that resonates deeply with me, as I’ve been a massage therapist since 2001.

I believe in an approach to healing and accomplishment in which an individual finds harmony within their physical, mental and spiritual realms. I believe each person has the potential to live their dreams and create a mindful space of existence. It’s my passion to help others become mindful in their lives and create happiness and balance for themselves. In addition to my administrative profession, I’m also a professional coach in the areas of life coaching, spiritual coaching and addiction coaching. I’m also a certified Nutritional Therapist, detox specialist and clinical weight loss practitioner. I combine these skills to help people thrive within themselves physically, mentally and spiritually, through balanced nutrition, addiction awareness, spiritual connection and mindful living.

When I am not at Jade River providing excellence in customer service, I head to the outdoors to recharge and center myself. I am blessed with a family that enjoys nature as well, and I love spending time with my husband and son: rock climbing, camping, kayaking, dancing, walking with my dog, traveling, and practicing yoga and meditation. To reach Codi, please call our main number at 503-297-3825, or email her here. If you are interested in Codi’s coaching, please visit her website: www.mwcenter.org

Marisol Rodriguez | Insurance Biller

Marisol completed her NCCT certification in 2014 as a national certified Insurance and Coding Specialist.  With experience in hospital, pediatric and acupuncture billing, Marisol is able to optimize insurance payments and wrangle denied claims. Along with three years of medical interpreting for hospitals, Marisol knows the ins and outs of the medical system including the structure of different insurance companies. She has been able to appeal and correct claims that were deemed to difficult to get reimbursement on.  She also has background in credentialing doctors with insurance companies. Her own health challenges as a teen brought her to appreciation of complementary medicine and an active and healthy lifestyle. On days when Marisol is not haggling insurance companies for payment on behalf of our patients, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, and being outdoors and active as much as Oregon weather permits!  Si habla Espanol.

Melissa Williams | Clinic Caretaking Assistant

I am a very happy person! I was born in Albany, Oregon. I am diagnosed with Asperger’s and function well in an ordered environment. I was given an opportunity to work at Jade River, which is a peaceful environment that helps me be a productive adult. The staff at Jade River is supportive and encouraging, and I love working here! I am athletic and participate in basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer and golf. My favorite sport is basketball. In my free time, I enjoy social media, watching movies, hanging with my friends and exercises. I have a passion for writing and learning new things. My family is the root of my life and the reason for my success.   Feel free to introduce yourself to me when you are at Jade River.

Katie-Bird | Clinic Therapy Dog

Katie is in the front office most days as our Clinic Therapy Dog. She was originally trained as a Guide Dog for the Blind, but became a “Career Change” dog when she was 18 months old. At that point, she was lovingly welcomed into the family of our Clinic Owner, Dawn-Starr Crowther, and trained as a Therapy Dog. She loves (in no particular Katie "hard" at work at Jade Riverorder) having her ears rubbed, long walks with her people, and greeting patients with her calm, loving demeanor. Stop by the front office if you need a little Labrador Therapy. Katie loves to greet patients!

ALLERGY ALERT!  Katie stays in our front office area, and occasionally walks through the waiting room to the outside. She DOES NOT travel anywhere else in the clinic or into treatment rooms. Please be aware of this if you are highly allergic to dogs.
