Nicole Flinterman, a mindfulness educator and coach, holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a qualified mindfulness instructor through the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School which was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the originator of the MBSR.
