We’ve got fabulous MELT Method Workshops for March for low back/hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, and a great intro class for beginners! Starting March 7th, Tuesdays, 6:00-7:15 pm to start your week off right! Each of these workshops is one day. Take all of them to really feel GREAT!

We are ALSO offering a three week series for those with Chronic Pain, March 7, 14, and 28th, 3-4 pm
