We are so excited to be offering a new yoga series for expecting moms!! If you know a woman who wants to thrive during pregnancy and into the realm of motherhood, please help us get the word out!

Being a parent is one of the most important jobs on the planet. But the job itself and getting ready for it can be stressful! Not only is your body changing every day but your life is about to become completely different!

Prenatal yoga can help you to feel more comfortable in your body and teach you how to relax and enjoy your pregnancy more fully.

Amarylis is not only a mom herself but also a wise and wonderful guide who, through yoga and the community she brings together, helps women to experience pregnancy from a place of empowered, mindful, centered strength.  You can learn more about Amarylis at .

The class is offered as a 6 week series and will be held on Tuesdays, from 5:30 – 6:45 pm, beginning August 23rd.
